Up until last year things had been running very smoothly with no issues.

Anything with 2 or more doors is an amazing start for house hacking

I run pints and and properties in Raleigh we have a speaker every month and network before and after. 

If I get multiple apps I will start with the ones that appear to be the best qualified on paper (based on income, length of lease desired, past rental and employment history) and I'll run those first.  

If its a VA outside the US, commission only is almost impossible to do (I run large call center outside the US that does this every day).

did you run the LTR cost with rents?

I know of several STR operators in Cleveland, but I have a feeling with the number of properties they run, the cleaners are pretty well tied up.
