I guess that answers the question.Per federal law, if you want access to full credit reports (as opposed to just a basic recommendation to rent or not rent) you have to have a site inspection to make sure you have things like a lock on the door, a password protected computer, shredder, and a locking file cabinet where you store tenant information.
