I believe the Trump tax cuts and new health care plan will free up a lot of cash for a lot of people and boost employment.

But allowing more workers to split between home and office will totally boost morale. 

I updated electrical in the entire house, added new kitchens and appliances, did maintenance on the existing furnace and cleaned up curb appeal.

Quick rehab/updating numbers are ~$10k, so reality will likely be ~$20k with some landscaping (curb appeal).
