Choose a marketing strategy- texting, direct mail, cold calling, door knocking- and then do it consistently.

I am currently based in the Atlanta Georgia area and I would love to connect with anyone from this area I have put together a small 6 man team to cold call and drive around looking for leads while I go to the appointments and actually close, I just started so I have not closed anything yet I know that I am getting closer and closer to that one deal that will change my life. 

Can anyone provide any tips on how to hire a cold caller at low cost?

I agree with the others who have said not to let any anxiety about that 3.5% rush you, but to find the right opportunity.

Really anywhere you go, you're going to have to make a lot of cold calls.

I have tried all of the usual techniques of getting the attention of owners but their are a few that I cannot get to respond to anything I have tried.So... my question is this, what tactics has anyone here used to get the attention of owners of properties who do not respond to cold calls, mailers, letters,etc.
