This is possibly the most important thing, as we have seen notes the Realtor goes to visit, and its just a vacant lot, and will loose the majority of an investment if you buy sight unseen.

Otherwise any property you find , that you want your client to see, just ask the Landlord are they willing to pay a fee, ask prior to visiting the property.
