It depends if you are a partnership, S-corp or C-corp.As to overhead, with some of our clients, we split it as well after the tax returns are filed, that we know what the real bottom line was for each property.If you are starting out, keep it simple.

I would hate to replace flooring on s 1000 sq ft unit and they mess up and have to replace again if they decide not to renew next year. 

Since you’re obviously very handy, you are probably best served helping out a flipper or if you want rentals then maybe someone who’s doing s BRRR.I’m not entirely sure why but for whatever reason REI seems to be mostly male in general.

Like I said, I have 3 basements that are all in the 70's and very nice.

A lot of times they will have the owner of the llc s name registered with the city they will also tell you what the property last sold for and what the annual taxes are and if there is any Liens on the property .
