So, if you consult an attorney and they say that this could easily be fought, they of course will have dollar signs in their eyes. 

I can easily put a hanging unit for close that need to be hung in the room.  

My PMs can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the cost.Hire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

This tells you whether you can get out easily if plans change. 

I easily get $50 more per month, which means in less than 2 years they are paid off.  

If you do not live in Nevada or do business in Nevada or have another connection to the state then any attorney can easily prove in court that you only set this up for protection that you will not qualify for.

I currently have several hundred REI clients in 32 states and could look up going rates at my desk very easily without going through a quoting process.At the end of the day, it's still a bunch  of work for you just to get estimates.Best of luck
