I've never heard of a timeshare that cashflowed (or appreciated, for that matter), but I'll admit I haven't spent much time on the question.

Owner financing can make deals easier in many ways and allows the seller to make even more money and spreads out their income which may not get enough or any income tax breaks.There are so many ways to go but do whatever you love and concentrate on how to do it better.

Even at those figures we're talking a 20-25% ROI and i'll see my money back in probably under 4 years with minimal work.
