@Christopher Sparacino I bought a home in Venice in 2021 after my husband passed away from Covid.

As the home sits right now it will cash flow about $100.00 to $150.00 a month if I self manage it due to tax hikes and the homestead tax credit not applying after it becomes a rental.

You need to slow down and get your team on the same page with you or it will cost you more money and time in the long run.

You can still get affordable and cash flowing homes there.

Then there are people who are paid for 40 but actually have 2 or more w2s working from home.  

Good luck finding a reputable entity for home insurance.
