Do anyone know of a title company that work with real estate investors that’s familiar with wholesale deals in the South Florida area?

I’m a new investor in Nashville, looking to bird dog for seasoned investors and wholesale buyers.

I was just curious to see what other investors or wholesalers have to say.Thank you for your time and consideration!

I’m a new investor and would like wholesale a foreclosure deal.  

I am a wholesaler In the springfield MA area trying to figure out if a deal is worth it/ if anyone is going to buy the contract due to a lot of work on the property to get to ARV.

Should I flip it, rent it or wholesale it.

Buy a place for cash from a wholesaler/auction for a bargain price then get a mortgage to pull most of it out.

I think that approach will be more effective than trying to come up with one on your own.The scripts you can find from professionals online are scripts that have been tested and tweaked after hundreds & thousands of calls.Use search engines and reach out to active wholesalers to find the right one for you!

Any wholesalers, pocket listings, etc... in my market?

I am still buying but only deals, I do not flip or wholesale, although I might try my hand at wholesaling.
