I am not looking to earn a lot on this flip as it's quite cheap but if I can do it successfully, then I would've gained experience and a bit of cash too.

I used BP to feel out the Real Estate investing crowd and it motivated me hearing success story after success story.  

Some are flat rates for re-leasing, some are no-fees, some are a % of rent, some have maintenance call-out fees, some have in-house no fee maintenance calls.Questions:- Is it unrealistic to ask someone to meet up with me to walk the (vacant) properties with me and/or meet up nearby the occupied ones to show them the place?

Have you heard of/been apart of any successful referral agreement(s) with a financial planner?
