There are many other applicants, but Amazon already has a presence here with 3 local facilities and plans to hire 5,000 more people in the next year.As you know people in NYC do much on line shopping for items as mundane as toilet paper and diapers, so that they are delivered and don't need to be lugged on the Subway. 

@Kendra L Lee One small thing I can say to add is stove drive pans.

This includes toilet paper, hand soap, etc for the shared bathroom.

If you are getting financing, the lender will get an appraisal (that you pay for, of course) after the home inspection pans out.

The damage is way worse than I originally thought, apparently due to the back up there was water coming up not only through the downstairs, shower and toilet but also bursting through the foundation and up through multiple tiles.

It is needing a few things such as new dishwasher, minor roof repair, minor electrical work, and new toilets.

Tenants took out a toilet bidet connected to the water supply line but didnt instal it properly as there was a leak, it flooded the bathroom, another room, the hall, and some of the kitchen.

We had one claim a few years ago for a failed shower pan (one claim  in 14 years when we were still living in it) but I need to know what kind of insurance we should be looking for to cover us more adequately. 

The building has coin laundry, so no washers or dryers on the units to worry about :) just fridge, oven, shower and toilet.
