Should I create a team of wholesalers give them the relevant information needed to be successful and have them funnel me deals for 50% profit? 

Hi, William, You'll want to have a good tax attorney / tax accountant on your team, hopefully the same person.The idea of a business entity structure is primarily to facilitate asset protection.

You would definitely need a good property management team or a turnkey operation on the ground to be successful though.I’m in Colorado and I haven’t seen the kind of Cash Flow opportunity that Cleveland has in Colorado.Best of luck to you.Robert H.

I have acquired 1 Broker and 2 Realtors as part of my Power Team. 

In my opinion one should only flip homes AFTER one has a dependable team of professionals who will do the work AND  if one can buy te home at a steep discount ( which is the most difficult part).

You can only hold the Sales Agent designation for 2 years, you must move on to Broker by then.Why not just find a great, investor friendly agent and use them as part of your team?

My goal is to find a strong, knowledgeable team to help with the entire process: Realtors, Lenders, Property Management Companies, Contractors, etc.

With that being said I am trying to structure and build my Power Team of good, quality, and ethical team members to work with.

But it takes awhile to build your team of qualified repairmen, and the smaller the economic region the fewer your opportunities are to find reliable "team".
