The concern is if there’s less 3bedroom voucher holders than available 3 bedrooms units, then there’s a supply demand risk and that has to be factored into the value when dealing with section 8. 2bedrooms should be fine, but not 3bedrooms and above.Does this concern makes sense at all?

There is no truly fixed price because 1. all properties are different and 2. it is based on supply and demand.

Supply and demand due to the opportunity here is  crazy! 

Keep plugging away despite Covid 19 deals are closing and prices in my markets are rising as supply is extremely constrained.

It seems right now that the demand for houses is outpacing the supply which is good for sellers.
