Farms, Lots, Single families, Commercial zoned lots and buildings etc...I think it's a great way to purchase properties from this list for 3 reasons, 1) some people are struggling to pay property taxes (cheaper purchase price) 2) it is a hot list because people might lose their property to the county 3) data to find tax delinquent properties is hard to access sometimes because it's dealing with complicated databases and county data, so less competition.
