The way schools (and my experience) work make it that I'd very likely take an enormous pay cut, and we're struggling to support our family on my salary as it is!

Potentially considering converting to seperately-metered natural gas if it's at all possible, but struggling to find more info online about that, and not sure it'd be worth the initial install cost over the next couple years (for me, anyways).

@Keshia Romelus @Rachael Agruso is dead on. i think CT as a whole has some struggles its going through but New Britain has a lot of great stuff going on right now and is poised for some potential appreciation in the coming years.

Hello, I am struggling with an odd situation.

Just curious what we’re some of you main struggles throughout the process and how do think you could’ve avoided them or how will you avoid them in the future would love to hear it!

I am pursuing fix and flips, rental, and commercial multi-family units.I have written up all the text but struggling with the finance piece: forecast & projection, P&L, etc.

Farms, Lots, Single families, Commercial zoned lots and buildings etc...I think it's a great way to purchase properties from this list for 3 reasons, 1) some people are struggling to pay property taxes (cheaper purchase price) 2) it is a hot list because people might lose their property to the county 3) data to find tax delinquent properties is hard to access sometimes because it's dealing with complicated databases and county data, so less competition.
