I work with a dealer in Calimesa, CA and he's more than happy to set up a brand new home in an existing park, and deal with the showing and selling of the Manufactured home.

Hi BP Folks, I am looking for a reputable and reliable company to handle the property maintenance for 3 or 4 (and possibly more) properties in the GTA - specifically Scarborough area for the first ones. 

Personally, I don't think it makes sense to quit or change jobs, until you have something of a reputation to fall back on, especially if you have a good income. 

I will install over the tiles but check it manufacture installation instructions.Some vinyl flooring can not be installed on  the title. 

But Amelia Island is a nice residential beach area with a classy reputation  I agree with @Sarah Lorenz that better houses get better clients.

The "1998" date you saw on the tag may not be the manufacture date but certification that the water heater meets the standards required on that date.

I'm 33, a manufacturing manager and have been cramming real estate books and podcasts for a few months.

It will take awhile, but as you transition the tenant base from "renter" to "homeowner" you will see the park reputation improve, it will run better, and ultimately it will be a better investment to own.
