@Dan Krupa - I have only ever looked at deals in the Puget Sound region, so I can't really make any sort of comparison to how easy it is via-a-vis other metropolitan areas around the country.Keep in mind that I come at this from a cash-flow, long-term perspective.Deals in Tacoma are several orders of magnitude easier to find than in Seattle where I live.
