So, the actual activity of REI hasn't stalled as a result of my focus on the business, even though it may not have progressed as quickly as it might have. 

It is a work in progress.

Also I really enjoy keeping up with you on Invest Four More and watching your progress over there in Greeley.

Should I just jump in when I find a "good deal," and modify my income goals as I progress?

I really want to try and own his duplex and will give him a monthly call to see how the move has been progressing.

I hope you will keep us posted on how due diligence progresses and the experience and cost as you rehab the park.
