You would of course have to disclose to the buyer that you have an interest in the property that was being sold from an ethical perspective.

I understand that the Deer Park area tends to be desirable from a buy/rehab/rent/refinance perspective.

We are seeing a lot of interest in real estate just because of where we sit (Bigger Pockets and local RE investing clubs), but I think because we're so attuned we also have a little bit of skewed perspective.
