A good one is more than worth the standard 1 point if they hustle, are responsive, are reachable, and really look out for you the client and try to get you the best out there for you and then the bad ones are not only not worth the 1 point but they charge double or triple.And websites and reviews can be misleading.

You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a tax strategist willing to work with you throughout the year, not just when preparing your tax return.You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.

My PM used to have a person who did the payments and every year around Feb, she'd send out an annual statement for your taxes showing how much you got in rent, spent in repairs and management fees.
