For example, we've granted two here recently; one for a microbrewery/restaurant that is dumping $1.3mil into an old building on Main St. and the other was for the expansion of a medical plastics welding business.  

Sure, prices are high but they're always high because of the steady demand out here.The Boston area has over 100 colleges and universities, some of the countries best medical services, big companies like Raytheon, GE, Trip Advisor, etc.I'm not knocking on Ann Arbor, they have a lot of great schools and industry in the city but it's just not the same as out here on the coast. 

I like Temple as an investment....the University has been investing in their own area, plus they expanded their medical school and the center city area has been in developing in that direction, plus Avenue of the Arts is seeing some incredible growth.  

Office I do not typically like unless medical office which has a lot of TI build out and expensive for a doctor to move.

You have to interview and do your research...Keep in mind, this person is going to represent you and protect you and your business and family assets...The legal world is like the medical field...It is very specialized..I have a very solid attorney that does my copywrite stuff...that I would not want to draft real estate docs.

Are apartments oversaturated but the land is valuable and the best use is retail or medical office for the land etc.??

In fact, we just put a parcel of land into escrow in Fullerton, hoping to do a medical office building on it if all goes well.

They want to sell me the property asap due to the fathers medical bills that are unpaid.
