Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

For lenders/banks, quality vacation rentals are clearly a unique and reliably performing asset class..For investment properties these lenders typically require a minimum 20-25% down payment but since there is higher gross revenue, the investor can often qualify for a higher loan amount.

Since on of my wonderful BP colleagues already answered it above, I wanted to ask if this person would be open to re-investing the proceeds? 

To that end I am raising capital to start BRRRR type investing in multifamily homes.

Not many thought a $3 million property was the best first investment.  

I'm trying to determine if it's worth investing $14k upfront just to keep 3.5% rate.

I almost forget about this motel sometimes as its our furthest away investment and the manager does an ok job so we don't have to micro manage, although if we paid attention to this place more, it would probably boost our bottom line.
