This next month (July 1st) is the first month collecting rent with them, but so far it's been very easy to use- and the monthly cost is right ($0!)

As new to rental properties, I am wondering if how I can get tenant to my property right away (maybe within 30 days of closing).

We deal with some of the best "we buy" folks on the east coast.When the property condition is unexpected, they terminate during the study period... as they have reserved the right to do. 

We're definitely headed in the right direction.  

Right now I have one checking account, and a Individual brokerage account with most of my capital liquidated, Im debating If I should open a new account before I get Pre-approved, or wait until I buy a property to do so.

That is where I started with my VA loan, and they pointed me in the right direction.
