Fresh paint throughout.

It's priced accordingly; the only changes were changing out the countertop in the bathroom (it was an unsightly color, albeit new when we bought), a fresh coat of paint inside, and replaced the leaky toilet.

The unit is freshly painted and we cleaned most of it yesterday.

Fresh paint, new cabinet, new countertops with sink and faucet, new backsplash.

About Karlsbad, this is not our area of focus since we aim at Prague mainly, but it is worth the investigation I am sure.

But doesn't the bank perform an "investigation" first?

I did some cosmetic updates to the house (granite countertops, new Stainless Steel Appliances, fresh paint, etc.) since I purchased the house. 

I’m not saying you can’t get by with wall reinforcing, but you have not eliminated the pressure, which will typically cause water to infiltrate the basement (hence freshly painted walls).

It's best just to give your CPA whatever you have, either from a previous software program you used, or from your shoe box and begin fresh using your NEW SOFTWARE PROGRAM, which I hope is QuickBooks.
