What we'd be looking to get out of it, apart from hopefully hearing some innovative ideas to implement in our processes, is meeting partners (lenders, contractors, other investors) and building those relationships.

Even adding some metal farm implements on the walls outside would help add some character to a large swath of area, such as old pulleys or chains.

There are work a round's that don't provide the same degree of anonymity and if necessary to implement down the road will be costly. 

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad a handful of years ago but recently re-read the book with a different mindset to implement the ideas into our life today.
