It is convenient for now but having multiple tenants could make it hard to keep track.

It's been a few weeks that we are gathering information as we would love understanding the process step by step.It looks like a LLC will not be the right move to make at the beginning (for mortgage and fee) but it could become convenient after the purchase.

You can probably charge a little more for the convenience.

The reason I was really trying to keep it around my home base would be the convenience of being able to shoot over there if I needed to check up on things/not have the tenant feel they can do whatever because the owner isn't around. 

It is not easy or quick or convenient to do.

It's convenient that I also have a passion for real estate.

Many people are paid near the beginning of the month and find an earlier due date more convenient.

I have the monthly owner statements from the portal but I was hoping for a single statement just for convenience.
