I prep the lease in adobe and then I take a video explaining the lease to my tenants. 

So I have been listening too podcasts, reading books and watching YouTube videos on Real Estate Investing for around 2 months now.

Even though I haven't been actively investing I am constantly looking for ways to educate myself in this business such as reading books and blog posts, listening to podcasts, watching videos, and attending a few local meet ups.During my research and preparation, I have found a niche that I would like to really focus on.Today I visited my county courthouse and interacted with the Register of Wills Clerk who was kind enough to show me how to use the system to check the open probates list.

I wish I had been putting money away in an IRA over the years but from what I've heard, read and seen in different youtube videos it's a killer strategy to save on the taxes. 

Reason behind this is for beginners to not only watch all 200+ videos but also to zero in on the most beneficial for them. 

The guy in the video seems ok to me....

But in one of the videos that I peeked at on the site for this, he was also grabbing Chap 13 (intended mainly for re-organization of debt) info.

Although I've lurked around here for a while now, I've finally decided to get my feet wet in real estate with wholesaling first.I've read nearly all the articles on it, read the archives, and looked at many videos, and I'm pretty sure I understand the process, although I have a few questions.First, does anyone have a copy of the Assignment of Contract contract?

I am going to start video recording all the steps I take in wholesaling so I can go back over and see the step by step process to get better.

Also, I would only think about covering the dwelling itself, and still using an insurance company to cover liability claims.I can't wait to hear everyone's thoughts.
