If it was not winterized, you could have split pipes in walls, a bad furnace, broken water heater, etc.

Had a property with termite damage and had similar situation with not knowing what I dont know unless I opened up the walls.

HML don’t do 30-fixed.You can get 5-7 yr interest only loans but that ain’t gonna cut it  It would be an owner occupied duplex
