I'm also partnered up on a couple of deals here but I'd like to explore expanding into the US as I read a lot of books & listen to many podcasts about the US market.Over the past few months I have been piecing together small bits of information but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions of books, podcasts, blogs etc that offer a lot of information on this type of situation.I have been in contact with a number of banks in the US about acquiring finance but most of them are more geared towards helping foreign nationals purchase one property to live in while they move or work within the US.

Just because a contract died (Could be buyer lost job, neighbor gave an even better offer then backed out, discovered there was a leak in the H2O tank and they replaced it).

As far as thinking about what makes the most sense over time, I'd recommend checking out the BP blog posts on "internal rate of return" (IRR) if you haven't already - that measure is designed specifically to factor in time, and I've found the articles on it quite helpful.Good luck!

I almost did not get a loan on mine because an un-capped well was discovered and found to be a liability (in case like a kid fell in it, I guess?)
