Hey guys,As I get more serious about bigger (and more complicated) investment opportunities, I'm trying to figure out how to structure my team.

If on the other hand you have no belief your are right or that the courts will not support you then a investor cuts his losses and pays the crook.It is a surprisingly simple decision complicated by a individuals lack of confidence or resolve. 

I know it does A LOT of work for a free program, but it seems like in their efforts to make budgeting foolproof, they've over-complicated it. 

Now the scariest thing that even if one decides to pursue this, this is complicated enough that the agent can possibly screw the person in some aspect, since the agent makes less money setting up this design.

He advised to get a liability insurance policy to cover my behind.From what I understand multi-member LLC's get a little more complicated to sue, but it's not that difficult.  

While BTL is more troublesome than in the UK, partly because it is more difficult and complicated to get rid of bad tenants, which may lead to major losses, and many other  regulations in DK make it hard to be a landlord.  

The gurus charge $$$$$$$ and throw lots of over complicated b.s. at you. 

On the flip side, each entity must have its own bank account, and its own accounting, which can lead to more complicated (and more expensive) accounting.- The series LLC is a newer form of entity (it has only been around since the 1990s and was enacted in Illinois in 2006), so there is not as much legal precedent as you would find with a traditional LLC or corporation.

We're running it all as a sole proprietorship, and things are getting complicated.
