My father is looking to convert his 3BR, 2BA vacation home in Myrtle Beach, SC (approx 5-10 min from beach itself) into an AirBnB as he is moving out of the area.

I want to pay off my Beach Condo 18K.

We currently live in a house together with my sister (my sister and I own the house, given to us by our father) in a good city in Southern California not too far from the beach, where a room can be rented roughly around $700-$1000 a month.

@Zachary Beach I thought of this because my family goal said its the only way she would be comfortable using the savings.  

Good evening investors, I live in northern Palm Beach County, Florida and was wondering if anyone could give insight on THE BEST property management company in my area.

However, I am in the process of rehabbing a beach property that I intend to use for STR's and I want to have the right accounting platform for this property.

I am not sure if it is smarter to buy a house in one of these areas or look for something closer to one of the beach areas where the home prices are of course higher but where we may be able to charge more rent.
