Every week, I read in the press that another foreign investor (American, European, Canadian, etc) came to one of the markets, formed a local partnerships, and started building, renting out, etc.

Sadly, though, history has shown that Europe either can't or doesn't have the will to stand up when situations like this present themselves.Countries in Eastern Europe are really shaken by all of this and they should be pressing for action from their neighbors/allies.

Now, we are on a Humanitarian Reassignment due to her declining health, and my hubby has to decide soon if he's done with service or if he will press on. 

I have done OK, and the only reason I press on is to better myself and my professionalism.  

Most individuals don't have a printing press so they can keep on going like the government does.

Interestingly, I just accidentally discovered that a disinfectant cleaning wipe can clean grout.

Tenants who know how to play the game have fertile ground for doing exactly that, delaying for sometime until a novice landlord has learned enough and gotten enough documentation to finally press an end to the antics. 

Saying renters will pay in the future is not avoiding this issue because everyone knows they will never pay and the government is forcing you to make a loan to person who is unlikely to ever pay and if pressed will declare bankruptcy. 

There are several issues but the two most pressing are: I have only been doing multiple rehabs at the same time for about a year so a learning curve and I manage the subs and dont use a contractor.
