I have 5 properties in zip code 45403 and good help seems to come and go. what looks  good on paper quickly erodes when a once reliable property manager drops the ball.Best of luck to you , make sure you have support in place, visit the neighborhoods you plan to invest in and if I can be of any help feel free to call, text or email.

Some locations I’ve considered are Indianapolis, Kansas City, Dallas, Charlotte, and Baltimore, because they appear to be better suited price-wise for someone just getting into the game, and their rental markets seem stable and profitable.I’ll be in the US for about 4 weeks from the end of May to the middle of June, and in that time I hope to visit at least one potential location to meet with brokers, and try and establish a working relationship with an accountant and lawyer, and other investors.

I think what I'll end up doing is visiting a couple real estate investing club meetings and network and see if a firm will give me a job as a coffee kid or a secretary or something.
