Hoping all continues to go well.I've been busy managing the contractors on the 4-plex rehab and scheduling lighting up grades for our office/warehouse. 

I also am pretty focused on the crypto & silver markets for last couple years at the moment.My mining bet now a render farm in Oklahoma with asics mining & cheap natural gas mixed in is now tied to Disney.

I understand timing the market is nearly impossible - probably even more so now than ever given the market/economy uncertainty from the unprecedented nature of COVID19 - but what are the triggers to keep in mind as a signal that it's a good time to resume acquiring flips? 

The light bulb turned on and I tapped into the BRRRR strategy.   

The guidelines do allow some leeway for another reason but it has to be similar to those in nature. 

Parking lot lights?  

The virtual nature of transactions right now will change agents' role a bit but the fundamentals that have kept agents in the game this long will continue. they won't be going anywhere for a while. 

Find out if any Developer paid for Goodies must be thrown the city's way (for this project)--new traffic lights, road widening, water/sewer size increases, etc...8.

I also informed him that because this is an act of god/nature and out of our control that I would be waving late fee's.

Wondering if anyone has been in this situation and can shed some light on this scenario:Term is 2 years.The upfront amount for the option contract is $10,000.Monthly rent is $3000 which is about $300 above fair market rate.
