Hi Josh, I just sold 5 MTR's in Fort Worth and still own 3.

First time investor located in North Fort Worth, TX.

Mostly for me I’m not really interested in 4 bedroom houses or larger because I’d be attracting larger families which is not my forte.

I checked the ten-X website and their research suggests Miami is in the top 5 fallers in the US for multifamily growth but Fort Lauderdale is top 5.

Is the school rating important for long term rentals in Fort Worth?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks Upstate NY (1000 Islands Region) has a stable rental market due to the military base, Fort Drum being located here.
