I think that the difference is that in investor is willing to take a risk and do some work to improve their circumstances.

That is definitely something I'm open to, unfortunately, I have no idea when I will be moving back to the states, so rather than wait for that I'm looking for ways I can get invested within the next year or so ideally.

unfortunately here in Atl, cash flowing deals are a usually around 150+ so it's a bigger chunk.

Hey Patrick,Unfortunately, the ADA/ESA laws are being taken advantage of in ways medical professionals more than likely didn't see coming. 

If any unforeseen circumstances arise, you can back off your payments.

Unfortunately its all cash upfront which is nerve wracking especially to little fish such as myself.
