That is the true risk of these structures and to not at the very least acknowledge those potential situations as a practitioner of these instruments is a very vain characteristic of the promoters of these things.The point is, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

We tell them that it's unrealistic but the client is confident because they have some sort of a non-binding LOI.A month or so later the client gets retraded at commitment and are too far down the road to do much about it.
