No matter where you live or where you own assets, I personally recommend the Series LLC to be a great tool for the individual investor who is planning to expand their operation, as it allows for you to scale infinitely for FREE.

And it can be on a smaller scale the 1st self storage I bought was 40 units for $110,000. (20 years ago) Try to find something with upside on the rents.  

With that in mind, will someone getting into a startup on a much smaller scale compared to these apartments (like single or duplex housing / buy & hold) have issues with all of these new options available for tenants to choose from?
