@Natasha Lee I didn’t see anybody mention meetup (the website) but often times you can find the groups that meet on there as well, I use it when I’m trying to network in a new city and have found house hacking specific groups even when visiting Colorado.

Weather patterns might shift but since a lot of AZ water comes from the Colorado river basin and that covers a HUGE area I am betting that water will still flow to AZ eventually. 3) If the planet warms northern climates will have longer growing seasons, absorbing more carbon. 4) If the oceans warm there will likely be more plankton growth, absorbing more carbon.

Changing Ownership after Closing - you could do this, but you would give up any homestead tax exemption status you would receive in your state (not sure on Colorado rules but ask someone there locally if there even is such a thing) and you would also not have any of those liability protections your primary home affords you...and the biggest concern of them all - there's nothing you can do to FORCE that current owner to change their 50% ownership of the home.
