I don't have that type of reputation and relationship with a bank where they would let me do that (let the seller finance the down payment), but that is certainly something I will strive to work toward.Secondly, did I mention that my mind is blown?!

Every meeting has a minimum of 60 minutes from a main content speaker.We have access to things that non-members dont have, like we have a web based hard money application and a web based note buying protal that will launch later this month.Beyond the regular meetings education, we also have sub-group meetings during the month that cover niche topics in much greater depth.

My recommendation is to make sure you compare different web developers profile and ask them how well they can generate content for your specific needs.The most important thing to remember for building a website is seo and the generating the right content for your site.

You can get some of this information of the HUD web site where they calculate the reduction in subsidy amount based on what the tenant pays directly vs. what the landlord pays.Assuming there is a panel in each unit, separately metering that may be possible but again, would not be cheap to set up.With respect to individually metering of all utilities, it is obviously much preferable, but not always pragmatic.
