To boost energy efficiency efforts within the units regardless of who’s paying the bill, some programs will incentivize “in-unit” upgrades almost 100% in order to address in-unit consumption as well as total building consumption.It would be great if owners and investors could see past the low hanging fruit; low-flow aerators, and CFLs and see the additional benefits of “greening” their buildings on a larger scale.

If it's unclaimed, then I'm sure it's remanded to the state to hold as unclaimed property but Alaska does have a statute that caps the percentage of finders fee to be charged when handling transactions of that nature.If you learn of something different, please share, but that is the knowledge I turned up from the fruits of my research.

@Shawn McCormick I did some digging on Orlando and Orange County, and it appears that they don't allow STR for pure investment purposes, what would be your work around to still invest in such a great area?
