There are a few decent ones out there, but you have to realize that the people answering the phone have minimal training and can only be trusted to handle a few tasks at a time.

The downside of wood is the ongoing maintenance, but there are some which come with an enamelled finish which should lengthen the repaint interval.   

Just try get a property that's close to a major train unless you drive. 

If you live in a state that allows you to exercise your 2nd Amendment right, and if you're willing to get the proper training, I'd suggest getting a permit to carry a handgun.

They at least mentioned they did park manager training when I was at their boot camp.  

Would the seller be staying on for a certain time frame to help ease the transition and train you? 

If they are, you want to find one that has a training program.
