I have listened to many videos of Grant Cardone, Tony Robbins, & Gary Vaynerchuck who stress the importance of real estate investing.  

That has changed a lot over the last decade so when you're listening to folks experience make sure it's recent.  

@Zoltan HartaI advise you to listen to the Podcasts on BP (there are over 150 of them), and read J Scott's book on Flipping real estate.  

Hey there BP members, I recently came across BP podcasts and have been listening to them everyday since then and reading all the books I can about real estate investing. 

Some money on books and time listening to podcast can help you focus your game plan, energy and money to achieve your goals. 

I love the podcasts and listen every day on my commute to work. 

I have read a couple books and articles, browsed the forums and am listening to podcasts.

In my area there are MLS overlaps between numerous MLS's [which has been the subject of a lawsuit] as such you can occasionally find a prop. listed  on the "wrong" MLS which are listed on public sites such as Zillow etc. but not on the common MLS for that area.

., listening to your podcast episode got me thinking along the same lines as far as doing the exact same basic rehabbing to every property, i.e. paint, flooring, etc.
