You can contact a local flooring company or go to Home Depot and see what general cost per sq foot are for carpet, vinyl plank, etc and take your room measurements from the MLS listing (or bring a tape measure on the showing) and go to town.

If you have any outlets, faucets or HVAC vents in the wall, you will know right away.If it is NOT bearing and there are no HVAC, plumbing or electric runs in it, download a cheap floor plan app, measure the room as it is sits, print out the plans and highlight the wall getting removed.
