Did you ever consider renting out the rest of your land area as a place for manufactured/mobile homes?

Wage growth has been very strong, manufacturing/warehouses/transport, the medical industries, and dinning/hospitality have seen the most growth.

We have a new amazon facility, large microchip manufacturing facility being built in Oneida county, and many other smaller businesses that are bringing hope to this area that was on the downslope for a long time     I am an investor in the area, I know many other investors in the Syracuse market, many of them are on this forum as well.

They are finally charging miners for start-up capacity infrastructure costs (about $200k) and have increased their rates above the industrial rate actual manufacturers like Alcoa were enjoying, but they are still getting better rates than us residential peons. 

You can invest in Manufactured Homes (MH).

And U know the plane manufacturer is going to get sued along with others.. that's why light aircraft that should cost about 200k and be profitable at that are 750k  its the insurance from each crash ..

This prevents people from manufacturing tax loss through expenses. 

I tried doing the MH thing out here, specifically for Nevada this state is not the state to be taking back notes as the MHD Manufactured Housing Division hates investors and has a barrage of laws in place to make it very difficult and punish and fine investors as well.

The house is a nicer 1800sqft manufactured house although we are in NE Bend about 2mi from Downtown.
