Maybe one of them would take you under his wing for a while, (from my limited experience, that's the fast track - and who doesn't like to play in the shallow end).Always nice to get a Canadian's perspective on this business. 

I understand that most wholesalers are bogus, fresh out of school, don't have a clue other than what they were taught, and provide less than bogus leads.

So, from the perspective of the expected payout on such a policy, you will get back less money in claims than you pay out in premiums.  

With the resources and knowledge  here I am going to achieve this goal.I am here to become educated, meet new people who share my interests, gain new perspectives, and develop my game plan---R&D if you will. 

In the beginning of all of my journals I write my goals for the year, then at the end I note how I did.I actually write my goals everyday, it only takes 5 minutes or so and it definitely keeps them fresh. 

You also need to analyze how you are going to structure the transaction from a tax perspective. 

I'm not saying it's not a good deal for your area (I don't know your market) but it's a terrible deal from a cash flow or CoC perspective.

I was coming from a wholesalers perspective.

( unfortunately many tenants in america fall into this category- so i understand you but you are a landlord and you look from the landlord's perspective....want it or not), other reasons are illness, divorce, chemical adictions, loss of employment due to ****** economy, e.t.c. to name just few..........ohio is particularily affected with high unemployment rate.

Regarding price point - in all my research I did not find anything below $30 per lead (for fresh leads) and frankly I didn't expect to.
