As I suspected in the beginning, we wouldn't be able to effectively handle the tax aspect of this project in beginning, so gaining as much knowledge as possible for the time being.

Hi Paul,I'm a beginner wholesaler too, and I'm just getting contracts cleared to use with my local title company.Bringing the assignment contract is a must, mainly because you want the more niche aspect of wholesaling to be cleared up.

I think recruiting helped in the aspect of being self-driven, self- motivated and being able to manage my time. 

I do this in many aspects of my own life, for my own bills and it is far easier to manage.
