Remodeling bathrooms.

When considering the rehab we wanted to do a lot of the work ourself—mainly kitchen/bathroom/bedrooms.

The bathroom walls were torn out and there wasn't a tub/shower.

Contractors are sporadic, sometimes things don't line up and now you get to explain why the 2nd bathroom they pay for will be out for 6 weeks instead of 3 days.

I'm not interested in opening walls or anything but can put in 80k to redo kitchen, bathrooms, walls, pools, flooring, etc.
