These last 4 buildings are 1 manufactured home that looks like it was destroyed and 3 old stable-style buildings.

The suburbs are growing and businesses are doing well and there is a general sense of (very moderate, midwest style) opportunity here. 

We personally like Midtown and just west of Arcadia Lite and south of Biltmore but not going south beyond Thomas Road (Indian School Rd and 30th to 38th St rough center point)--just our sense of the time it would take to develop that area would be longer than I'd like to eventually be in a good neighborhood.What I've found in looking at these garden style or at most 2-level smaller units are that quite a few are being repositioned for turnkey propositions (which is what we are looking for). 

Four growing seasons with no garden, not to mention no place to put up a clothes line...not the right place for me to live long term.

Wore my worst clothes , had bleach water and soap and had a miserable day .
