Landlords came in today to remind them about lease being expired this past June, instead were attacked by millions of wasps, coming from wasps' nest, which tenants created by having stacks of hey against the house from last Halloween, and didn't even bother to open the door to the owners today to find out if he is ok after wasps attack!

The more I talk real estate with other investors the less I bother my wife with it!

But I'd suggest putting your policies in writing so it's crystal clear up front and they don't even bother applying in the first place. 

If you're not willing to do that and you jsut want to buy something easy to start off with that is relatively low effort and simple, then I wouldn't even bother looking in the Bay Area.

There is no dishwasher, it doesnt bother me but Im not sure if that would be something worth adding. 

I think the question is should you bother with any charge above a cleaning. 

The price of the property doesn't bother me.
